Having a small problem

Hi Don and admin I am having problems in trying to access the digital magazine - I paid for only the one magazine (being a scrooge here) and tried logging in but it kept on coming up access denied also have tried logging onto the free tutorials/videos and same thing - can you help me out with this as to what I am doing wrong
