In this how to I will do my best to show you how to add pictures of your artwork to our gallery.

First your picture must be in .jpg or .jpeg format no other formats are acceptable. File size should be no more than 600 pixels, no bulk uploads.

#1) Click on the GALLERY link at the top of the forum.

#2) When you land on the gallery home page check to make sure it has you as logged in, if not you must log in. If you are logged into the forum 9.99 times you are already logged into the gallery.

#3) Click on the UPLOAD PHOTOS link. If you do not see that link #1) you are not logged in or #2) it's a browser issue, the browser you are viewing the web site thru.

#4) You should now be on a page that looks like the one pictured above. Click on the BROWSE button to find the picture on your computer you'd like to upload into the gallery.

#5) Select the picture you'd like to add to our gallery from the folder on your computer containing your artwork.

#6) With the picture selected you want to add to the gallery make sure you are adding the picture to the correct category. AIRBRUSH GALLERY for art work, MEMBER PHOTOS for a picture of yourself. Pictures put into the wrong category will be deleted.

#7) Lastly fill in the Title, Description and keywords.

#8) Click Upload/Submit button.

#9) You should now be on a page as pictured above where you can double check the info you are submitting about the photo. If happy with all the info click on the process button.

#10) You should now end up on a page looking like the one pictured above with your photo successfully added to the gallery.


If you follow the steps above you should have no problems adding pictures of your artwork to our gallery. There is no photo approval queue involved with this process, there is no over site other than senior members here over site of the pictures in the gallery.
