Compressor purchase opinions

Hey all,
I build hobby models. I bought a Badger 250 kit. It works well enough for now but I don't like how the compressed cans perform. I'm looking for a compressor on ebay. Found two (that also include a better (?) airbrush).
Can you tell me what you think...

Iwata Eclipse BCS airbrush w/ mini testor compressor - eBay (item 200261434070 end time Oct-12-08 23:36:27 PDT)

The first compressor looks identical to a Iwata - Medea sprintjet. But it's missing the voltage regulator cover (I think that's what it's called) on the top left side.
The second one has a Testor mini air compressor.
I've read your reviews and the Testor sounds like it's no good.

testor compressor i would avoid, not go for

the other compressor is ok if it included the iwata airbrush would be even better
