Default What to do???

Hello
I am trying to weed out my airbrushes down to what I want.
-Right now I have -
Psche - VL
Psche - single action. ?
Psche - AB Turbo
Badger - 100sg
And a bigger spray gun. - For guns this is it.
Then I ran into this....
Yesterday - I was talking with my sister who has a salon and does those henna tatts. Never paid much attention to it. She asked me if I wanted to purchase her stuff because she has no time.
She has two IWATA's. DBLE ACTION. Not sure of the makes.
A SilentAir Compressor and that paint bar that holds all of the colors with two cleaners on each end. Here is my question - If I did buy this set up from her would that paint bar be able to run any other paints that were a bit thicker than those body paints. I believe her bar holds 10 diff. jars but the hoses look small running from the paint to the guns.
I know, not a ton of info... She paid a few grand and I can get it from her for a few hundred. I also dont want to find myself with 20 diff. guns. I have wanted to try an Iwata for a while, I love the AB and 100sg for my PH MArtins. I really just want to find two or three guns I like and off the rest of them.

Sounds like one heck of a deal to me! The brushes you don't want or need could always be posted on airbrush auctions. The paint bar should handle the paint you use. Test it out and see what works. Look up the paint bar and see what the specifications say about the types of media that work with it. You never know, but this could be a really good deal for you.

Thumbs up Re: What to do???

I went and picked everything up last night. She is giving me time with it to see if it is something I can use.
The color changer is a SilentAire Spectrum 2000 color changer.
The Iwata's are a Revolution and an Eclipse.
The compressor is a 1HP silentaire. Not sure type - it takes oil, has a tank, all the goodies (trap, regulator) and has a case around it. Very quiet. I did not write the model number. Pretty heavy (guess 30 - 50 pdns)..
Cant wait to try this set-up out and see if I like it.
I am planning on putting a few things in an auction once I find out what I want to use for good. The rest I'll sell cheap to a person who will use it.

Im hoping at least to use my textile paints (badger freak flex and basic set) at least. If I can get my createx opaques to run through it Ill be a happy man.

Wow I love those Iwata's. I tried both out the Revolution and the Eclipse.
I am figuring out the spectrum 2000 color changer. She has those body paints in them (and I'e already been warned by the fiance about using them : )). I took the hookup off and paint trickled out, so I had to put it back together. I am trying to cleam it all up. I guess I need to download the manual for that one. That silentaire compressor is nice.
