Default Newb in the UK

Hello to everyone I'm a relative newb to the AB world I did some about 15 years ago in school and since then it's been restricted to a cheep nasty external mix single action AB until recently when I started RC modelling and modelling (the building type, I leave my wife to the other ) I'm going to start ABing again 'cos I forgot how much I enjoyed it before.
You guys and girls here have given me a fair idea as to what AB to buy (looking to do both models and art work) but in the UK in particular Scotland it's hard to find stockist for paints createx and HOK in particular seem to be the popular ones here that I just can't find localy unless I want a gallon of the stuff.
Any hints would be greatly appreciated as I'd hate to start again and only find I can't get decent supplies

Thanks for the warm welcome, having done a bit more searching I eventually found Createx in the UK however their prices are a joke compared to state side is amazing from Createx UK one 4oz bottle of opaque blue £6.35 + p&p (about $12.50 + p&p) from some one like Dixiart $4.09 +p&p (about £2.08 +p&p)
Basically a third of the price

Welcome to the board!

I don't have a clue about shipping, but if the paint is very expensive locally, is it practical to ship from the US? Maybe the high cost of shipping plus the low cost of paint will still be cheaper than buying locally? Just a thought.

Good luck. Looking forward to seeing some of your work.
