for marble effect does one have to use transparents i have a base of pearl silver wanna put sparkalecent green over it for marbalize effect(1st try) but its not transparent will it work only trans i have is blue yellow red oxide wich will work better thanks in advance

thin the green way down and do a small test spot it should work with thinned down light coats......
as long as you can see thru the top color the marble will show thru...

Zero, ditto with yard. Thin it down and go then spray back some of your base coat to blend it in and get rid of "hard edges"
