Question need help, airbrushing first mask.

I'm hoping someone can give me some help as I'm airbrushing my first mask and I've already preped it and applied the first coat of primer, I noticed that in some areas it's not smooth should i sand it or just go ahead with my second and third coats of primer, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

urudiense, welcome to the forum, this is probably in the wrong thread (area) to get the answers you are looking for, it should be under the helmet thread. If you have doubts about the smooth area, sand it before you add second coat, prep is the KEY to a good looking finished painting.
