Default Progress on the Mural (More for Joyce)

Here's some more progress on the Ninja Turtles Mural. Joyce, you should take a look at what I got done today. More reference for ya. Michaelangelo was the goal for today. After doing him and the Shredder, I'm kind of disappointed with Donatello. I had to paint Donatello a few weeks ago looking from a coloring book of the new style turtles. I may end up redoing him.

M16, That is brilliant work. You really nailed Shredder and Michealangelo to a tee. I see what you mean about Donatello, but you still did a very nice job there. You blended your colors perfectly and made them come to life. Very nice. I am going to have to get busy on this one. Thanks so much M16. I love it.

Very good progress here! Are you sure you won't give someone nightmares with the shredder? He looks very scary! Michaelangelo also looks awesome, but true, looks like Donatello isn't really "on the same page". I'm not sure, but it looks like you have a stronger contrast between highlights and shades on shredder and Michaelangelo than you have on Donatello? Could he be given a boost a bit more of that?

God I loved that cartoon when it first came out I was about 13. Me and my three brothers all made ourselves into ninjas and decided to fight crime. I learned the numbchucks and they learned their own weapons. We saw some drugys at the park and we were going to go kick their butts. They where alot bigger and propably about 18 years old. So we had a change of heart and just told the cop that always gave us the gum with the baseball cards. Then we decided to go down in the sewers but the odor was too horific. I still know the numbchucks but I have never used them on anyone and never will, but the memory of that time is priceless. Cool Mural. I love it. Brad.
