Default Practice Break From Practice

I just had to have a break from DDL,s. I keep getting the feeling that I will still be at them this time next year. Anyway I as I said, took a break and had some skull practice, nothing fancy ( I wished ) basic stuff but it gave me a break.

Skulls look good neder, try doing a little freehand to bring out the features of the skulls. Like above the eyes and around the upper jaw. If you try shading them it will give it more depth. DDL is good practice and all but I think you're ready to challenge yourself again.

Neder, nice work, now put those practice sessions to work, as Bahamut has said, start adding the details into your skulls ( daggers, lines and dots ) just standing in front of your easel and practicing the basics can be a bit boring, but the real reason is to put them into your work! You have a great start here, now put that practice to use!!! Keep it up you are really starting to show some real progression.

Looks good Neder. The one on the right looks better. Start using those line practice and freehand them more.

Hey Neder great job!

If you're getting board of the DDL stuff, try the palm tree lesson. That one was the one that broke me out and I figured out how to really do a dagger with it. I hope it's still there.
