hey all wasssup just did this its not much but its practice i was trying other practice skulls trying to give my depth and fadeing more practice and getting away from hard lines only use them when called for also trying to work off a stencil and trying to add detail to it so it doesnt look stencily pointers and advise are asked and welcomed the over spray around the skull was done on purpose just some light dustin

zero, I think it looks great! I think the hard lines turned out pretty "soft"...

thanks guys ill try that on the next skull stencil practice or ill just add some white lightly on this one also thanks for the advise plan to fill this practice shirt messing around with stencils i will post as i do each one so i can maybe some pickup info here and ther and try and master one of my many weaknesses (skulls, fire) lol among others like i always say lets see what happen

Good start, looks nice and sharp. And I'm going through the same things as you are. Trying to grasp shading and light to give more of a 3D look.

I did a canvas with that same skull stencil ( still havent finished it though)---

i will take a pic of it tonight and post it for you to check out ,
it might give you some ideas as far as shading and highlights

Al, personally I think this looks great brother!

I'm not surprised that you have come back with renewed vigor and passion, hopefully your life and current situation over there have much improved. From what I can see I have no doubt in it.

Your spirit and enjoyment can be seen in each piece that you have posted brother.
