Default my review

wasnt sure if everyone knew so i decided to do my own testing well there are 2 types of those cotton thingy (felp if im not mistaken) one is more compressed than the other and ther for easier to work with as u can see in the pic with the 2 samples the white one is softer and can bend with no problem the black one wich is the more compressed one doesnt bend as easy and if bent it will crease at the bend its easier to trace on the more compressed on and also takes paint better the white one(softer) im guessing cause its so loose in fiber not tightened(compressed) absorbs paint in my opinion horrible it absorbs to much and looks splattered
so in my conclusion i would go with the more compressed one overall i also downloaded to pics one traced and the finish product pls dont pay to much attention to the rendition on the felp it was done quickly just for the testing they also have different sizes this which is 7x10 and they also have 11x17 or something along those lines they are perfect for practice and inexpensive

Good info Zero.
I usually get the material at wally world fabric department, though it is not 100% the same but works without having to order.

It is good to have some of the super thin stuff on hand as well. You can draw on it and airbrush straight thru it, pull it off and go over the basic, wich is great for basic layouts on lettering when mass producing and you want them all to have the same look.

Very nice skull design!

I think they mean Wild Wood, Nice work Zero. Sorry I have been out of touch for some time here. May is a big birthday month in our family and with my helth and new car problems I have been distracted. I have not been doing any airbrushing lately, for some reason people contact me ask if I can do a shirt for them and then decide not to do it. I just had a woman locally ask me to do 3 custom shirts with kangaroos, bubble lettering and make it nice as fast as I could before she gives birth in three weeks. I gave her a price of $36 each, I felt that was a realy good price. she got back to me the next morning and said she had already taken the work to a local screan printer in town. Every one that I new that I thaught wanted to sign up for lessons wanted them for free. To tell you the truth Zero I have not even taken my equipment out of storage yet. I have lost the passion because there is no apresiation for the art any more, everyone wants everything for nothing!
