My first two times airbrushing
So I'm totally new to this forum and to airbrushing. I've been an artist forever and my husband is into his cars and stuff so he's been pushing to get me into automotive airbrushing. Well, I finely did it. My 1st airbrushing was on his 86 Camaro, skull with flames using a $10 junker airbrush using silver metallic paint. I just got a Iwata HP-CH airbrush and did a flame job on one of his buddies 50 something chevy truck. I'm pretty proud of it, half shocked it turned out as well as it did. I've never used an airbrush before, heck my husband hasn't even let me practice. It's like he has guys lining up lol. Anyways just thought I'd share my first two times airbrushing and say HI to everyone. I'm hoping to learn a lot.

Re: My first two times airbrushing
Thanks guys! I was looking through a lot of everyone's posts that have art posted on it and there are sooo many talented people on here. It's almost intimidating. But everyone seems so friendly and encouraging it's great.

Re: My first two times airbrushing
Well girl, for your first belts at this caper I can safely say that you have achieved a brilliant job on both.
With the new Iwata you will be entering into a totally different world compared to an elcheapo!
Welcome to the family, tell your hubby to move out of the garage, it's your turf now!
