after all i found it very difficult....
i started to make a black and white picture....but didn't like it....so i put in some colors...

Doggy, I think it looks very good! I find those things very hard to do also. I don't want to try family members cause I'm afraid they'll be offended! lol

You are becoming well rounded in your subjects. Looks very good Doggy. As you know the human figure is one of the most challenging art forms to perfect. I'm lucky if I can do cartoons. LOL.

Lookin Good Doggy. Couple of questions for you though
1. What are you painting on? Canvas, paper......?
2. What paints are you using?
3. Have you tried using various erasers yet?
I ask this because I ALWAYS try to use erasers when doing portraits. Some paints are easier to erase but it helps me with getting all the tones correct. If you haven't tried it yet, give it a try on a test piece and see what happens (depends ???s #1 and #2)
Either way, they look great for starting out and they will only get better the more you do.............................................Kwi t

Well Dog, they look darn good to me. In the end though it all comes down to personal style and what you as the artist are trying to achieve.
