Question would this be a good airbrush for me

Im kind of a noobie and was wondering if the iwata hi-line hp-ch or hpc plus would be a good airbrush for me. Im painting small fishing lures so i need a detail airbrush and those seemed to have really good reviews

To be honest, you will get many different opinions on this. Its really based on whatever each of us likes and is used to. Personally, I use a HPC for the lures that I have painted. We are currently working with a manufacturor who is introducing a new line of lures and we have done a bunch of protos that they have yet to choose from. The HPC is big enough to spray some light metallics and fine enough to get really good detail. Keep in mind that all I use are Iwatas so my opinion is kind of weighted toward them. I have tried and own almost every brand of brush, but for me I like the Iwatas and the HPC could work fine for what you are going for.
Go with what fits your tastes.

How the heck do you airbrush lures, every time I try the worms won't sit still!

With enough practice and patience either of those airbrushes would be great for the job.
