water drops question

Ok, all you great AB'ers. I'm coming along pretty well with my practicing with my AB. But I tried doing a mailbox with a lepard on it and ended up finishing with what you guys and gals call a hairy stick......lol. but my mailbox looks unfinished. And I saw a neat techique on a show called "How It's Made" and also found a site that also showed how its done.

My question is what color of paint should I use to creat the water drops on black paint to make it look like clear water drops.
