Update on the place in town for classes

Finally got in touch with the owner of the building in town where I wanted to open my studeo for teaching. $700 a Month pluss 1 month security 1 year lease pluss elelectric is not included no good ventilation, so limited on spraying and basic Lyability with Content coverage $600 a year. This is just to open the door I have not even begun to think about the cost of setting the place up. So since VESID will not help untill I put the first $14,000. which I have none of I guse I have to say pass. Pluss when I talked with the owner he told me some one had called last week with the same business plan for the space. I tell you if that happen that will be the worst slap in the face yet.

Just keep pluggin away Fred. The right situation will come along at the right time and you will forget how long and hard it was to get all this started.

Hey Fred if somone has the same business idea as you and they get the shop then why not aproach them for some sort of work you never know if it gets busy enough maybe they could uterlize your talent. Hang in there Fred.

Tried that with a gentalman back in the early 90s and he turned out to be a real jerk. I walked out in a week after he continualy acused me of taking food out of his familys mouth. His name was ******. He was extreamly talented, but had a horible personality. I do know what you mean though about all the joy of doing the work with no overhead to worrie about. Thanks for the thoughts. I am debaiting about asking my Aunt to invest in the place, but she is very tight with her money and tends to only help her side of the family.

I know we only learn by our misteaks but hey not evryone is the same if you cant get the investment thing going, it would not hurt to check it out and see what your gut says.
