Default transfering smaller desigs

hi ,,here's how i go about with smaller lettering or whatever design
when i do not want to cut it on the object,

Pic 1
i found this very cheap chopping mats in a shop they are quite thinn and
tranparent,works great for my needs

Pic 2
i print out my design in a suitable size.and place it under the chopping mat
then i take some TESA tape Transparent tape and attach it upon the chopping mat.and then i use a pen to draw the outlines of the letters.

pic 3.
when done with drawing i cut out the the letters and remove the
pieces of tape inside the letters, next i apply a new piece of tape upon
the other tape.this will be shorter than the first,it just have to cover the letters, when done you start to peel of the tape gently so you see that
all edges are attached to the tape you placed over the first one.

pic 4
now you can attach it on your support ,in this case it's on a moped tank
and then take off the second layer of the tape ,and there you have your
hand made plotter lettering, mask the area around and spray your paint .
