I LOVE THE DRAGON,,,im pretty sure diaz will love that wolf too,,,takes some time but at least your getting some good pictures out,,,mine at first ,,people couldnt even tell what it was,,,lol

i do most of my work on painters canvas the 2 guitars i have done are both for my kids

Wow Bill, you have been keeping yourself busy and great progress at that! Just call on any of us if you need anything and if you don't mind we might tug on your sleeve a bit. Where do you get your stencil's at and what kind of paint do you use? I really like the dragon and the wolf is lookin' pretty cool too.

hello all and thanks for the encouraging word
the feathering effect on the eagle and the fur look on the wolf are done by using a straw broom bristles ( i carnt take credit for the broom as i saw it used by a bloke on youtube Edd Hubbs)

the dragon is done by stencil but the wolf is a stencil outline and everything else free hand the i watched a video on youtube

i surf the net for pics i like then i use adobe paint to create the stencil once i have printed them out i laminate them cut them out they last for ages
the paint i am using now is DERIVAN MiNiS i find they are good for canvas http://www.matisse.com.au/pages/miniscolour.htm

Hey Bill! How are things across the gulf?
Your stencil work is nice and clean and the freehand feathers and fur have a nice soft look about them.
Are you painting on panels or framed canvas? What is the Matisse paint like straight from the bottle - does it need thinning?
Over all you have improved a lot since your last posting! Good work!!

the weather isnt to bad today bring on summer
i am using framed canvases and pannels i buy canveses over the net for a good price
the paints some i need to thin a little but others are fine
