newbie unusual question
I got an airbrush for Christmas! I didn't ask for it........ didn't know any thing about them and neither did the buyer!
Here's the problem, I have a hand/wrist injury that makes it very difficult to hold a normal paint brush or pen. My pen is as fat as a magic marker. Which brush is the biggest around.. not longest? I plan to do t-shirts and can't wait!
Thanks......

Re: newbie unusual question
The VL is good. I know an artist who built up his brush and jar set up with tape to have it so he can hold them with an open hand. He has carple tunnel syndrome and this helps to prevent the pain. I WISH I had some pics for you. You could add tape to the barrel of the brush to give it greater diameter just be sure the tape doesn't hinder the trigger movement

Re: newbie unusual question
Thank you everyone!
I can't wait to get a better airbrush than the one I was given! Since I live in the sticks I think I will have to order it online, so I won't be able to try it out first.

Re: newbie unusual question
I live in the Philadelphia area, and order almost all my airbrush stuff on line.
The only real draw-back is you can't hold the bursh in your hand before you buy

Re: newbie unusual question
...Welcome. I have a few weapons in my arsenol. 2 IWATTAS,2 THAYER & CHANDLER, and a PAASCHE VL. I would have to say that my VL has the thickest body. I've been banging on my VEGA 2000 alot lately,so I'd have to say I like the sleek, thin feel of it.
I'd say the VL would suite you nicley......The most important thing...Is to BE COMFORTABLE,as you paint...or should I say create....Good Luck.

Re: newbie unusual question
I use the cresendo, it is one "chunkie" pen for sure. I need something a bit thinner like the HP line, maybe next week . The Cresendo is a pretty good brush but hitting the thin lines is tough for me..
