Need fast help

I have been offered a job to paint a small truck (photo attached). He wants it painted like a real tree pattern, (this will take a long time). I was wandering if any of you with experience in pricing jobs could help me with a suggestion on pricing this job. This is my first vehicle to paint. I also put a picture of the pattern type to paint over the entire truck and then clear.
