My first flying flag

Well, this is my first attempt at a flying flag. I'm doing some artwork for a friend on his engine cover, and he's a retired Marine first sargent. So, I'm doing a military theme with some "true fire" on it for him. This is just the first step, so I thought I'd share my first flag with you all.

First flag? Looks good bud, next time you may want to go a bit darker on the Blue shading though. Great looking flag for your first one...........................Kwit

Very nice looking flag. Nice layout and use of shade effects.

Thanks. The blue was hard for me for some reason. Maybe because it was a dark color, don't know. I had to re-do it three times. I know I should have made the shadows alittle darker too. Maybe on the next one.
