Motivation.....

Friends...I am having a dilema as of late. I am finding it hard to pick up my AB lately.The last project I worked on was in October of '07.I still have the passion to airbrush,I'm just finding it so hard to get motivated.I have so many ideas for projects but I just dont "get up" to do them.I told myself before the holidays that I was going to spend my free time painting......and practicing,but I havent picked up my AB once.....I'm becoming discouraged.....I hope this slump ends soon...

Just grab it and go one day. I was stuck in a rut like that before. Seriously, when you are thinking about it again just tell yourself.... "GRAB IT AND GO ALREADY!!!".

ART, may be try to volunteer to do some artwork for someone. That might set a goal for you and get you to pick up the AB. Who knows, once you're back on....?

If you have the motivation to write here, then you must want to get painting. No one is going to give you great words to get you all hopped up, its got to come from you. Not to sound like some shrink. For you its a hobby? Arent hobbies suppossed to be fun? When you want to paint you will. Cant force it. Then its no longer a fun thing to do. If you get bumed over it, it will never come, "too much pressure to Paint"! Be patient. Cool project or idea will hit you and you will be on your way.

yeah i find that i cant really create somthing on demand persay . i can work on projects and stuff and move forward on stuff in progress . but in the end if i dont feel like messing with it and i force my hand it will just be bad. cause i wont have the patience . and when it does hit me though to work man its like a ton of bricks and it last for ever but there are times i like to catch up on fishing or hunting or just working in the yard . itll pass brother .
