Default More practise work....

Here is my latest practise work. don't mind the shape of the flames, they were drawn on freehand, and doesn't look to good. The whole point of this excersise for me, was to practise to paint on a different surface other than paper, and also to work on my fading. I started with a layer of white, before I painted the whole pattern yellow. then I ran red all along the lines, and tried to fade in the colours. Please let me know what you think, and what I need to practise on (other than getting the masking look better...)

Since I can now see it I think this is a great first try wow did really good here. I might want a few more brighter spots but it seems like you got what you set out to learn yes????? How do you like paint metal??? I just did my first piece today.

The outline on the edges looks good with the red fadding inward nice job.
