Default marblised with AA

anyone know a good way to do a marblised effect with AA???
ive seen paint jobs done with marbliser which looks great.. ive done a couple of attempts using rattle can black primer... sprayed it with AA silver and before it dried, used cling film (plastic bag) and dabbed at the silver... when dry i sprayed over reduced transparent colours over it... it looks ok, but not as good as proper marbliser...
Any ideas

vmax, I've never tried it but I would take some saran wrap, bunch it up so you can hold it in one hand. Spray some silver on the saran wrap and then dab it onto your black. It may make a crisper and sharper effect

Cling-Wrap, Glad-Wrap, Plastic Wrap........ it's a very thin plastic that you use to temporalily seal containers for storage in the refridgerator........similiar to aluminum foil, but made from clear plastic. Can't remember what it was called in Germany........Hope it helps!

Lived in a small town called just outside of Ansbach, down in Bavaria. Was stationed in Katterbach (US Army) for 3 years. It's about 40km south-west of Nurenburg. Ah, memories........Ich moctish ein grosse glasse crystalweisen mit citrona fom fauss, bitte.......I'm sure my spelling is off, but my pronounciation always got me what I wanted

You know it! First thing (and the most important) that I learned in German. I would like a large glass of crystalweisen (a type of beer) with a lemon from the tap, please.

Words to live by......

Here's a licence plate I did in a hurry for a US Marine in Iraq about 3-4 yrs ago. I was in a hurry with this one and had no time to practice but using the newest version of Auto Air, everything aside the eagle, lettering, and woodgrain was done marbled. I used the candy colors, sprayed heavier than normal, then blotted with plastic wrap. Wasn't quite the marble I was looking for but I experimented on the fly. If I were to use Auto Air again, I bet I could make it incredibly better, but hey, sometimes you gotta shoot from the cuff. I would try as Isabourin mentioned.

On a side note, this plate was on two different humvees that were near roadside bombs exploding and never once got scratched nor the Marine's inside hurt. The guys kept is as a good luck charm and the owner of it has it on his wall to this day. Yeah, I know...the story is much better than the art!
