Little help for me ??

Hello to everyone I am after some informations about
black gloss laquer and the black mat laquer as a base color after primer
has been sprayed , so i would like to know whats the diferrence between them , as i know gloss is more shiny but which one use to do car doors and hoods? The problem was that i have used the gloss black laquer on a hood
and then i could'nt transfer the outlines through my projector i could'nt see anything !! so i suspect that i may doing or using rong staff instead of
gloss black laquer.
Any help will be usefull !!!

Are you using duplicolor laquer or something like that? Just wet sand it with 1000 grit to scuff the surface and provide a nice surface to paint on. The clear is where you want the shine the base should be color sanded both to smooth the surface and to provide a good tooth for your artwork to adhear to.

No it does 't say such a thing like that its not a duplicolor
All i want to know its about the base color before put the clear
has to be gloss or mat base color??
