Talking I'm so green I'm still a seed

Hi my name is Frank and I just wanted to thank the people responcible for this forum.
I thought it was time i tried my hand at airbrushing to see if I could put what I see in my head on paper.
I don't know a thing about airbrushing at this time, but I am more then willing to learn as much as I can from this sight "Call me a sponge" if you will. lol
My hope is that some of you in here will be able to help me with....types of paint for applications, Best PSI on paper, how to mix paints not to have them run like the wind. airbrushing T-shirts and best paints to use.
I love the dagger stokes practice page and the 4 lessons that will help me get started "Thank-you"
Well for my first Airbrush I looked around and ended up buying a iwata Revolution HP-TR1 I hope I made the right choice.???
I have been told I have a very steady hand but thats with a brush so I guess I will see if I can Airbrush as steady...??? not to sure about that. lol
I looks hard and I'm sure it is hard but with some help may-be it can be little bit easier for me to become as good as some of the people on this forum.
Thanks for your time.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you fine people.
Yes I am a painter and have been spraying with airless sprayers for some time now "about 25yrs" but airbrushing has always been a total fasination of mine and now I want to learn, not in a make money sence but more to see if I can be good at it.
I was hoping that someone in here could help me with a question I have??
The airbrush I bought has a bottom trigger it is a new consept from what I am told but have not used it yet.
The problem I see is that if I try to do Dagger strokes with it I will not be able to start at the back of the stroke because of the way the gun is set up.With the top trigger you can put it at the back and then press the air to start the stoke and it will be fatter and as you release the trigger with the air on the line will get smaller. Yes?
But with this gun I don't see how to start without small line first to the fat line at the back of the pull.
I hope I am not to confusing to you about this.
I will post a pick of the Gun so you will see what I am talking about.
I am hoping that there is someone in here that has tried or is using one like the one I have so I will get a good insite to weather or not I should take it back before I use it to change it for a better more practical gun.
Thanx for your time "Your new Friend" Frank
