I want to post my work

I need help on how to post pictures. Im not too good with my computer when it comes to this stuff. Please help!

open your picture in whatever editing software you have and resize the picture so it is 600 x400 pxls and save it to a new filename. Create a new post just like you did here describing you work. After you are done typing your text, scroll down and click the button that says manage attachment, then browse and find the new file you saved when you resized it. Click the file and then the button that says up load. After it has uploaded close the window. Then when you are done and ready to post click submit. If you forget something or want to edit your post, click the edit button and make your changes, the click save changes.

i also am having trouble posting pictures. i posted 2 pictures with no problem a few weeks ago but now when uploading pics it says " you have exceeded your quota". it then says view your attatchments -which i have zero? any help appreciated ----------thanks,----------mark bentley

Not sure what's up with that, I have never seen that error. I know there is a space quota or at least there was one, on pictures in the gallery. Posting in the forums is unlimited as long as the filesize is with in the limits. If not, it just doesn't up load. Let me see what it says, I will try and attach an over the limit photo to this post.
So if your file is to big it says this:
100_4770.JPG:
File Too Large. Limits are 1200 x 1200. Your file is 2304 x 1728.
No idea what is causing your error.

most likely his ISP has some kind of limit as its nothing caused by limits set here

thanks for checking into it aixguy. originaly it said it was too big so i resized it. then it went to this error. i have tried it several times but it still says the same thing. i think the system doesnt like my pictures

I had this exact same problem and I found I had to post my picture to another site and link back to it..try this site and link to it

don sorry about my ignorance but what is "isp"
phixer-- the link worked perfect. i guess ill just do that until i can figure out this quota error.

ISP = Internet service provider

Whoever you pay your internet bill too, is your internet service provider
