Question How much pressure bends a needle?

I am always afraid of bending the needle tip when I am wiping it. I know, it sounds crazy. But I was wondering if too much pressure from cleaning would bend the tip? Thanks all!

A trick.
Always wipe from the tail end of the needle towards the point, and always pull it through in long straight strokes.

This keeps you from stabbing yourself, bending the needle, or leaving muck behind.
Good luck!
