might want to give it a bit more time and practice.. Not to be mean.. but it does take time to learn how it all works.. air/paint reduction, trigger control.. etc

Re: HOK base white
reduce it a lil at a time and try less pressure...

Re: HOK base white
yardnut is right....I had similar issues with the white until I began to reduce it further. You want to get it to the consistancy of milk. Not a chemist but white seems to be the most tempermental regarding its mix....good luck

Re: HOK base white
I think it seems to show up against a dark background also. I was doing something the other day, and I forgot and pulled the trigger over my work by accident. It looked like little specs just came blowing out of the nozzle. It 's a good idea to keep a small piece of paper or something real close to your work. That way if you release the paint flow, and start back, you can first blow air onto the paper. That was a bog ol long story wasn't it? Hope it helps.

Re: HOK base white
another thing that may help some of ya's
place a small marble or nut in the paint bottle to assist in shaking the paint to complete mix it, also I get cheap panty hose, cut small squares place over the open bottle of paint and replace the cap....this will strain the paint right out of the bottle.

Re: HOK base white
besides all the above things to test, also try your air pressure.
And something not mentioned, but will find in just about every taped lesson, white is a big fogger, it will get on anything. I use reg automotive base paints, white gets everywhere. but depending on what surface you are painting on, use a soft terry towel or a tack rag (available at auto stores) to gently wipe off the dust.
just a thought to add~
