Default Hey everyone from PA

I just recently started airbrushing. I got interested due to my love of motorcycles, and noticed at the bike shows that there were not very many local artists. I wanted to customize my bike, so I decided I would practice on other things first to 'get my licks' so to speak. I stumbled on this site, and there is MUCH info here. Thanks to all who post. Keep it up!

Anyway, after a lot of dagger strokes and dots on news print, I've decided to jump in and try a big project. I had an old guitar that has seen better days, and experimented on that.

I live halfway between Lancaster and Reading, a small town called Denver.

I met one artist from Chester County at a bike meet- about 3 years ago in Pottstown. He had the most realistic looking eagle head painted on his front fender, and it was also 3 dimentionally shaped with body filler to give it a neat look. I think his name was Charlie. I believe it was on a Honda Nighthawk. Anyone heard of him?

Cool Re: Hey everyone from PA

Hey,

Not too far from a few of you. I live in the Lehigh Valley Near ABE airport.
I have been an artist much longer than an "airbrush artist" I started out using the wrong paints and got frustrated many times and just gave up on the airbrush for many years. This is one of the sites that has given me new inspiration to pick it up again. I'm back on track and using airbrush in my acrylic paintings and other graphic work.
