So far, dude I have really been happy with the Createx auto air paints. Their water born , so they don't require as much ventilation as solvent based. I have used both for painting bikes mainly, but have found the Createx easier to use. But that's just me

House of Kolor are urethane based paints - meaning you MUST have proper ventilation and a quality respirator to use them safely. Yes they are quality paints, used by many in the auto/cycle industry.
for the money, and safety aspect, i personally would give the Auto Air colors a try - they are water based - still need to have good ventilation and such, but not anywhere near as toxic as the urethane based paints.

just my .02 cents
