Help: Dager strokes for the NB

i just figured (practicing ) that i do not know how to do the dager strokes
my lines & dots are a mess but they are getting better but i tried a few daggers : cant seam to figure it out ...

dagger strokes take lots of practice i'm sure you'll get the hang of it

can you point me to a direction ? slow-down to fast high or opposite? same speed, same height but diffrent in quantity or just a mix of them 3 ?

go right to left
go slow
futher away from the paper at the start or wide end closer to the paper at the narrow end
