Default hello to all!

I can say i'm new to airbrushing as far as detailed artwork. But ive used an airbrush for a little shading and touch ups in my shop. I've never really got into the artwork just mainly graphics, flames etc, that i could use the regular paint gun.So i'm trying to learn and practice more with the airbrush to improve my business... so i can use the help of u guys thanks rick!

It's a pleasure to meet you rab & welcome to the forum..If you haven't gotten into detail yet, I'm assuming that your skill level might still need to learn basic fundamentals..Learning 3 brush strokes (a dot, a dagger stroke, & linework) will make all of your attempts at airbrushing successfull.. Excuse me if you're way past this stage, but as you can see, I really push basic fundamentals & technique when it comes to the craft..

It's a pleasure here also darla! Ive been painting for 16yrs. But never really picked up and ab till last year. I'm kinda past the basics but i still practice..i'm working on some real fire stuff right now just trying to get it down i really enjoy the artwork side of my business. But ive mainly done your normal paint & body work and also custom stuff. Mostly old school and new flame jobs and srtipeing type graphics... so i'm off practice practice practice haha....

Rab it is nice meeting you..You just kind of left the door open there & I'm always trolling for new airbrushers who are trying to put the cart before the horse..I just saw the movie Ghost Rider & it's going to make flames HOT!! I would love to put true flames into my bag of tricks but so far they elude me..looking forward to sharing posts with you..

Welcome rab! I'm also involved in the automotive business for the past 11 years, mainly just artwork but alot of the other stuff that goes underneath the artwork also. Where are you located? Do you have a website?
Well you are gonna meet some really cool artist from all walks of life here and find some really great info and hopefully we get to pick your brain a bit, lol, you've already met darla, who is probably one the premier t-shirt artist in this forum( and sign extrordinare) and she has great fundamental knowledge.
Have fun rab,
DIAZ
