Default got a question

Does anybody use liquid frisket or masking i thought about geting some and was wondering if it was worth buying.

rdnck, some people will tell ya the liquid is great, others may not like it so much. I think it is a personal preference thing, and it does have its down points and up points. If yer wondering about it, try getting a small container, just to see if it's right for you. You may even be able to get a sample of it if ya call a dealer, or supplier and ask about it.

well what is a good kind to get the have some at the hobby store for watercolor but i use acrilics and some automotive paint (it is not the non toxic kind ether)

The liquid frisket is liquid plastic. It is painted on the surface to mask what you do not want paint on. It dries then you paint. When the paint is dry you "pull up" the frisket. This leaves an area tht is unpainted. The stuff trashes your hair brush unless you clean it RIGHT NOW. So I suggest throw away brushes until your used to it.

You shouldn't have any problems so long as the surface your painting on is smooth.
