Default First time.

Well I finally got everything rounded up to start practicing with my new HP CS. It was somewhat less than successful. I fought with the paint the whole time. It went from splattering to clogging completely several times. I went thinner, thicker, every thing I could think of. These were the conditions:
Createx opaques (reduced with water)
PSI- 10 to 30 (varied. Seemed to work best at 20)
Poster board
70 deg. inside
30 deg where compressor is located (cold air maybe?)

I had to clean it a lot, but I did get it to spray good a few times, so I know it can be done. Any suggestions are welcome. Here is a doodle from the mess.

hay welcome to the forum
use illustration type paint (goldens airbrush colors, comart, Dr PH Martins) you'll find it easier to learn as you won't have to mess with the paint thinning

30 psi give it a try

thin that createx until it flow like milk, strain it even
