Default fairy tank

I found this picture. It was the very first tank I ever did. It was for a guy i used to work with at the Collision and Glass shop about a year ago. I was still a glass repair guy at the time, and this tank got me a promotion to painter. This is what got me started. I did it with a single action badger thats made for painting fingernails haha. Just thought it would be interesting to post it up cuz this one job changed my career. Only pic i have of it and it was before clear.

thanks Diaz! Someday i'll hit your level :-) Has anyone ever collaberated on a painting yet? How cool would it be if a lot of the artists on this forum could all collab on a piece

some of the artists collab on a quilt by painting different squares a-while-back,a second attempt at working together on a painting is overdue

That was your first effort? Geez, it came out great. Especially with that brush. I think that I painted and sanded and repainted the my first tank about 15 times beffore it looked like anything recognizable.
Love the collaboration idea. Black and white anyone?
