This information was posted at another airbrusing board, which has created some confusion for me.
I'm considering purchasing an Gravity Feed Iwata Revolution to paint fabric. I would be using a higher viscosity paint (either Jacqua's Dye-Na-Flow or Jacquard's Textile Paint) which is specifically for silk dying and airbrushing.
I read that high viscosity paints require a higher PSI (ideally 40-60 PSI) for the best results, yet the quote above states that lower pressure compressors are better for gravity feed.
Clarificaion?
