Createx mediums

I have been doing the practice, practice, practice thing for over a month now on newsprint. Lots of dagger, dots, c's, and lines. I am burnt out on it for the time being, I have a piece of canvas (my guitar case) that I would like to do some art work on, my question is this.... Will the createx mediums work on the guitar case?? What steps are needed to properly prep such an item?? The case is by no means new, I have had this old Fender Dreadnaught for about 15 years and it is the original case.. Any help on this matter would be appriciated, and thanks in advance..

Personaly I would clean it with windex, and go for the gusto!
The Createx will stick fine to it, just make sure you clear it when done.
Yes, rattle can clear is fine!

Thanks aixguy, I am at the monent doing some light doodling on the case, I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and allowed it to dry for a couple hours prior to grabbibg the cannon pencil. Hopefully will have it finished up in the next couple weeks.. Thanks agian aix..

Wow this design is tough, I am an Ed Roth fan and will be doing a tribute to him. A Rat Fink done up in angel attire with the R.I.P. Big Daddy 1932-2001 below in script. Really my first project, I don't think I could have came up with anything more difficult..
