Default Couple newby questions

I build model cars, so I know paints somewhat, and I have a paasche vl. I want to start airbrushing images on paper and boards. What kind of paint, brand should I use? I use tamiya acrylic for models.

I need to buy a psi regulator for my compressor. When it says inline regulator, where does that go? all brands should be compatible correct? I am a little confused there. Thanks for any help. You guys have some amazing artwork.

Createx Paint is good for textiles, paper and leather. Some people like it and some don't. I would give it a try as most Hobby shops have it.

As for the regulator, unless you like to change the pressure on the gun very often I would put it on the compressor end of where the airhose gun connects. I would also add a mosture seperator at this same connection before the regulator. If you install it at the Airbrush, this will be added weight and be a distraction as far as I am concerned. Take this advice with a grain of salt as I am very new to airbrushing..
