Default Advice from the experienced, please.

Hey there, I have always loved art and have dabbled with various mediums but never pursued any because life happened... I've always been fascinated with airbrushing. Now I'm at a time where my interest is more serious. My question is What do I need to get started? What type gun do you recommend, etc? My intentions now are to play with it and see where it leads. I've got a little time to dedicate, but I want to learn. Since I've mentioned it now my daughters 10 and 6 want to learn too. Me first, lol.

So any suggestions? I know Im asking alot but I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Welcome aboard, I've only been here for a few weeks and I've got to tell you, this is one GREAT community

Check out the free lessons, read the forums, check out the Airbrush Product Reviews and ask questions.

Also I would strongly suggest subsribing to both the online and the print mag. They both help a lot!!!

HI welcome to our corner of cyber space. Check this thread out should be of some help - http://www.airbrushtechnique.com/for...ead.php?t=4775

Also www.howtoairbrush.com , www.airbrushhowto.com and www.howtocustompaint.com all sites we publish free info on airbrushing and custom painting.

You're kids will have alot of fun with it. A badger 150 is well suited to childrens small hands as its a fairly small airbrush, for you check the Iwata or Sata airbrush lines out both great brushs.
Have fun, its only paint.
