question about magazine subscription

I was looking on a page of your website: http://www.airbrushartistmagazine.co...ticles-old.htm

It states if i subscribe to Airbrush Artist Magazine, I would have access to all the how-to articles and videos on the website. Thats awesome!

Does that only apply to Airbrush Artist Magazine? or also to Airbrush technique magazine? As a total beginner, I'm not sure which one is more suited to me. I'm thinking Airbrush Artist?

They are seperate magazines you can subscribe to both but subscribing to just one does not give you access to the other.

The On Line magazine as it contains not only the articles but videos you can watch on line is best suited for those just starting out. Anything else just let me know.

One more thing. I read:
The subscription will be in your name only and allows only you access to all the articles and videos using only one IP address. Accessing the magazine from more than one IP address will automatically cut your access off.

A lot people do not have static IP addresses. People with dial-up do not. They change every few days, weeks or months. I'm not sure if I have a static IP address or not. I have high speed fiber optic so I might.
I'm not sure how to tell. And if I don't, does that mean I can't subscribe? Isn't there some sort of username and pw system associated with it?

In almost 5 years there have been very few problems relating to IP address's but if you have any reservations about it don't subscribe as it is one of the security measures that control accessing the site.
