need help !!!!

ok ....father in law called me, has a bartender friend at a local biker bar..they are havin a mardie gra party next sat, and a biker run for jessica lundsburg" I think thats her name" is comin to the bar...the bartender has been gettin dinked around by a couple of the AB guys that are sopossed to be there...she asked me if I would take the job...free beer for me and what ever I make is mine, she said its like $20 a person to get painted...so my question is what is the best paint to use on the body wether it is abed or just painted on? she said it was fine to paint it on that it was all just fun....but I figured I'd do what I could freehand with my gun and the others I would brush on but I didnt know what paint to use and I would ask around and get back asap....the party is this sat the 25th...any and all help is greatly appreciated... hopefully I will have pics too share...

I use Snazaroo brand for paint on and sponge on..

For airbrush, I use Badger, mehron or Graftobian.

Your deadline is close I think Snazaroo will drop ship if you can not find it and I am sur e they will put a rush on it. If you want to go this way, I can try to help.

Neil uses Badger I believe and he maybe able to hook you up quick with that product.

I just emailed goldens and a acrylic paint company I use see if there products where safe to use ...that sould be interesting....if not thank you for the help and the links....will let you know how its goin

If you are just painting faces you can buy water based airbrush make up from www.trendytribals.com or Mehron liquid make up,this can be found in most costume shops but must be thinned with there mixing fluid.For ab tatts Badgers Totally Tattoo.These are brands that I use.Under the circumstance's I would go with the water based and just do faces and maybe hair.This is what I'm doing for both Mardi Gra and St Paddy's Day

I don't know if this will help or if I'm using it as a warning, but my daughters wedding I had to dress as merlin the magian. I used a spray to color it I do belive it was Mehron. I must have had an allergic reaction because it took my voice away. I tried not to breathe the vapors as we were coloring the beard and hair but it still took my voice away. Once I washed the color out of my beard it returned to normal. BTW the beard is real.

Hi Hillbilly... YEP... reaction for sure.

I attended a painting jam watching body painting and so forth.. Did not get painted.. Just forgot to wear my mask.. I am not allergic to any of the products in the room.. I have tested them on my skin. HOWEVER, I still got a reaction and almost landed my butt in the ER. My throat swelled up so badly by the next day that I could no swallow comfortably. I was lucky Benedriyl took care of it in a few hours. So it is not what we spray on us it is what we INHALE.

All professional face paints and tatt paints are made from FDA approved cosmetic grade materials and there should be hardly any over spray if done correctly.
If there was so much dust that you needed a mask I wonder what they were spraying and at what psi.
If however you are allergic to regular make up you will have the same problem with body make up
