Re: Body paint won't stay HELP
you could try sprinkling baby powder on the paint to dry it then blow that off with air and spray over the paint with barrier spray or hair spray. I heard an interesting rumour last night that you can add glycerin to your paint so it lasts longer.
Make sure not to put your paint on too thick especially on the neck and other movable areas. The thicker paint will crack and flake, if a colour isnt covering well use white for a base.
My paint jobs dont really last more than a few hours either, you might have to look into getting a different kind of paint like temptu or tribal.

Re: Body paint won't stay HELP
You are probably already doing this, but make sure the area of skin is nice and clean and dry, do a wipe down with rubbing alcohol before you do the paint.
Body oil, lotion, etc., can really mess up body paint, especially in hot humid weather.

Re: Body paint won't stay HELP
I know this might sound crazy but a couple of weeks ago, while painting a project with Auto Air, my son asked me if I could spray a tattoo on his arm. I thought, "well what could it hurt...it'll be gone by tomorrow." It lasted for over a week!!! Of course I asked him if he was even washing it and his response was what I had thought...."No!!!...I don't want to wash it off!!!!" LOL, but hey it lasted for a week on his left shoulder. A lot of rubbing from his shirt and sleeping on it...it lasted a lot longer than I would have thought. I finally told him that he had to wash it off. He didn't like that idea but he did it. I used Process blue Auto Air with a bit of Transparent base and a little bit of fast reducer...if that even matters. BTW...I'm not recommending you do this because I really haven't experimented with it. If you do decide to do this, I wouldn't spray it on anyones face or anything crazy like that...at least not until you know more about how well it comes off. have fun

Re: Body paint won't stay HELP
If your doing body painting ,water based body make up will not last no matter what you do.If you need it to last use an alcohol ink made for airbrushed tatts. However don't use the inks on the face.
