Pepper update
Here she is after almost 12 weeks. Growin fast. This is by far on of the best pups I've ever had. Quick to learn. And still a real sweetheart.

Geez Oats, she's so huggable! Are you going to train her for hunting? Or is she just going to be a family pet? Either way, I'm sure she'll be great.

She's gonna be both Liz. Already started her training lightly. She's just got an instinct for bird hunting that I've never seen in a Springer and this will be my fourth Springer.
And she's a sweetheart in the house as well as in the car. She's definitely an eye catcher with other people wherever we go.

I agree with P-nut, you've got a keeper there. Springer's were bread to be bird dogs in the first place weren't they? In the pointer family right? I've never had purebreds except when I had great danes, well, not totally true but most of my dogs have always been pound puppies. I certainly can appreciate a well bred dog though. Looks to me like Pepper will be a wonderful family memeber!
