what a wack job,,and i dont mean the innocent kitty that stays on his head,,this guy sorry to say this about him,,but is a terrible person for parading that kitty all day around on his head chained up,,not moving,,asking for change,,,hes a drug addict,,and i paid him 2 bucks to take this snap shot of him to show it to you guys,,,he walks around with this poor kitty on his head all day,,saying if you want a picture its 2 bucks,,,,,and people are snapping away ,,hes says the money is to feed him and his kitty,,,well check it out,,,yep only in nyc,,,i asked,,hey when does the kitty get a break and come down,,,he said,,EVERY 4 BLOCKS he takes him down,,,

the other guy in the photo was asking this complete stranger to come to his house so he can take professional photos of him and his cat,,,,HELLLLOOOO this guy does not look stable to be doing that with,,,,,WELL CHECK IT OUT,,

Speechless. I was in San Francisco and this guy comes up to me and makes a stupid face. I sort of laugh. He wants a dollar for making me laugh.
The thing is that these weird people make over 60,000 a year acting this way
like begging for money.
I do have a clown nose and some finger pupets.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The vast majority of people begging just don't want to have a regular job and many make above average income ALL TAX FREE. There are more than enough places and programs to help those that really need help. Don't give them money. Donate to a reputable LOCAL organization that helps people in need. You won't get scammed and you will really help those in need.

A local TV station did a hidden camera deal and offered work for cash to the roadside beggars and all day only got one honest kid (25 at most) that was willing to work.

After the show aired somebody tracked him down and hired him to a full time job.
