Default a pratice from a how too I found here somewhere and more

Here is a couple of things tonight.

1. Here is the practice from the how to I found somewhere on this site is was very much fun. Also I did it all with fws (my favorite inks) and then used 140lb water color paper for the first time I LOVE IT!!!!

2. I got a plain pine shelf and had to paint it cool for my paints to live on here it is.

3. As a last I also did up a fast space painting never did one before but I had a messed up canvas that needed to be done up some how. wierd and very over worked but it was something to do even if I was very tired.

FW Acrylic Inks

Down side is it can't be erased like some other inks.

Plus side is that it also makes it very permanent.

And I love the colors.

hey you read my mind, female, white, single, could improve my spraying. On a serious note, is FW the brand name or is it an abbreviation? Ive never tried to spray anything but acrylics I would love to try inks, any suggestions?

Yes Fws are the brand name... They are great I only know one person that does not like them. The different pigments they have are wonderful and great for earthy tones too. the regular colors are also bright and vibrant.

Here is a website with infos on FW inks

http://www.rexart.com/fwinks.html

It is available locally where I buy Createx. Golden Paint is not. So That's why I switched to FW. I have to order Golden paint from the net, or travel 3 hours to get some.

I didn't have any more White Golden Airbrush Paint, so I bought so FW White Acrylic Ink locally. I felt in love with it. The opaques cover very well, and the transparents are , heu... transparent.

I asked Golden for some info about their colors, and I never got anything. They said they would send me something, but... So that's another reason I switched to FWs. I can see the color I buy

Just for fun, here is a pic of my FWs inks. On the top rights are some Simulated Gold and Silver. There are 1 or 2 more that I would like to have...
And don't tell me that I could have mixed some colors myself... I'm hooked on their colors.

They more me $6.25 CAD here in Quebec city.

But I normally only buy a few at a time.

I am sure that having a gravity feed now will save some $$$
