Pin-up painting
I know I haven't been around for awhile, sorry. This is a pin-up I did. I painted it on a 11" x 14" Bristol board, and I used Com-art paints with some colored pencils.

HOLY WOW.... this is amazing.... do you draw the image from your mind or use a reference? do you project it to the substrate? I love it..
PS.. what are teh green hashes? tape holding up frisket?

The green hashes helps me to line up the frisket back in the right place.

Man you put the firsket back on after you take it of.. alway ends up in a ball on the floor when I try that .. might as well be a brain surgen if you can do that!

I wish I had a model like that to pose for me, LOL!!  But no, I use references and my imagination too.

I still use references. I was just saying I don't have a live model to pose for me. I'm not that lucky or rich to hire a foxy model like that, LOL!!
