Xzotic, How do you keep getting into these situations?
J W is knowledgable about ebay, I'll ask him to take a look at this post and see if there is any recourse for you. You may have been ''flagged'' by Ebay if this happened before so they were probably watching you. I think I remember you mentioning a similar situation...Unfortunately, I know nothing of Bob Marley, such designs and the like...so I couldn't tell you if that is infringement or not. Just looks like a regular guy to me. If you used someone else's photo as a reference, [not a 'loose' reference] but used it to cut your stencil it could be infringement..
