Sorry, just thought it would be nice to have a heads up, that was all.

A Mitchlen tyre on a garage door is unlikely to infringe, because mitchlen is not registered for garage doors, nor is a garage door anything like the goods it is registered for. And pictures of Pooh would more likely come under copyright rather than a TM.

As I said, it is up to you whether you do it or not, it was just a heads up that was all.
