...hello everyone, new around here. I have an older Badger 150 w/Badger 180-11 ASO comp. I have used it to the tune of about 2 qts of paint a year...for probably 20(?) yrs...but is as new. Mine was a 150 4pk...but I went to the Badger site, and my kit is like what they (Badger) is calling, their 5 pak. I make and paint my own topwater bass lures.
Problem is: I may not have cleaned it right the last time I used it, about this time last yr. I know, I know, my mistake.
I am getting air blowback into my cup/bottle, no paint. I have ckd/cleaned everything I know to clean, still no paint.
ALL orfices seem clear. I can blow thru the fuel pk. up, with the nozzle and mixing chamber off, I get air...put both pcs. back on, blow, no air.
I have adj. needle, no air. I can see daylight thru the holes in nozzle, etc. I have ran a very small wire thru the air pk up, to where it comes out right behind the air mixing chamber, it's clear, or appears to be. First time this has ever happened, I'm at a loss for an answer. Any and all help would be appreciated, thanks in advance...
